Info in Movie News | Wednesday Addams is back at Nevermore Academy, and no, she’s not thrilled about it. With new enemies lurking, a stalker sending cryptic threats, and her name now plastered all over campus like some reluctant rockstar, Wednesday’s sophomore year is shaping up to be even stranger than the last. According to The Guardian, Season 2 opens with a flash of chaos. After saving Nevermore from the undead pilgrim Joseph Crackstone in Season 1, Wednesday has earned a cult-like following among her peers. However, the goth queen of gloom is rather unimpressed. However, the goth queen of gloom is not satisfied. “I liked it better when I was feared and hated,” she grumbles, while her peers gather around her, begging for autographs. But there’s no time for admiration, or personal space. Within minutes of the first episode, we’re introduced to a fresh villain, the Kansas City Scalper. He’s a doll-collecting, serial-killing dog groomer in a velour tracksuit played with greasy ...

Scarlett Johansson Leads a Dangerous Mission in Jurassic World Rebirth

Info in Movie News | Just when we thought Jurassic saga had concluded with Dominion, a daring new chapter opens. Jurassic World Rebirth is on the way to be the most thrilling chapter of the franchise, ensuring the direction will change, with a new covert ops leader Zora Bennett, played by Scarlett Johansson. She’s on a high-risk mission in dino territory, and by her side (kind of) is Rupert Friend’s Martin Krebs, a pharma rep who looks like he’d rather be anywhere else.

According to Collider, the movie is directed by Gareth Edwards (Rogue One) and written by David Koepp, the same guy who penned the original Jurassic Park. Set five years after Dominion, Earth’s ecosystems can no longer support dinosaur life, so the remaining creatures now live in isolated tropical zones. Zora’s team is headed to one such zone — an abandoned research facility from the early days of Jurassic, to collect genetic material that could hold the key to a groundbreaking medical discovery.

Of course, things go sideways fast. Zora’s squad ends up stuck on the island after running into a civilian family whose boat trip turned into a nightmare. What was supposed to be a precision op becomes a survival scramble, with dinos everywhere, secrets buried beneath the ruins, and rival teams all chasing the same prize. Oh, and Krebs is still trying not to die in the background.

The cast is stacked. Mahershala Ali joins as Zora’s trusted teammate, while Bridgerton’s Jonathan Bailey plays a ruggedly handsome paleontologist (because of course). Manuel Garcia-Rulfo plays the stranded dad, and his kids are played by Luna Blaise, David Iacono, and Audrina Miranda. You’ll also see Ed Skrein and Philippine Velge as part of competing factions with their own agendas.

With its mix of survival horror, sci-fi action, and those classic Jurassic creature moments, Jurassic World Rebirth is shaping up to be one of the summer's most exciting blockbusters. Expect darker vibes, bigger stakes, and maybe even a few twists about what’s really possible with dino DNA. The movie stomps into theaters July 2, 2025, and get ready for a wild ride.
