Info in Movie News | Wednesday Addams is back at Nevermore Academy, and no, she’s not thrilled about it. With new enemies lurking, a stalker sending cryptic threats, and her name now plastered all over campus like some reluctant rockstar, Wednesday’s sophomore year is shaping up to be even stranger than the last. Jon Hamm Still Signaling Want to join the MCU in Next Possibility

Info in Movie News | 'Mad Men' star Jon Hamm is not discarding the idea of becoming a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Although he was almost chosen to play Doctor Doom and Mr. Sinister, Hamm is still positive and believes that eventually he will don a costume as a superhero, or a supervillain, in the Marvel universe that is continuously growing.

According to Collider, Hamm recently shared his appreciation for the MCU in an interview. He acknowledged how secretive Marvel is about their casting and upcoming projects, but that hasn’t discouraged him. “I have a lot of appreciation for that world, so hopefully that's reciprocated. Why not me?” he said.

While he hasn’t officially joined the MCU or DCU yet, Hamm’s resume is packed with impressive projects. He was the voice of Tony Stark in the animated TV series M.O.D.O.K. on Hulu and he has acted in hit films such as Transformers One, Good Omens, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and Mad Men definitely. He also appeared as a guest in shows like Bob's Burgers, Family Guy, and SpongeBob SquarePants.

Other than the superhero area, Hamm is also getting ready for his freshest venture the comedy-drama series Your Friends and Neighbors to be released to the public on Apple TV+ on April 11, 2025. The cast comprises Hamm, Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Amanda Peet (The Good Wife), and Mark Tallman. He is the main actor in a tale that reflects the still interesting but intricate happening in a relationship among friends and neighbors marked with conflict and unforeseen developments. The show with the participation of the group and the message that resonates with the audience is on track to be the cream of Apple’s crop this year.
