However, the goth queen of gloom is not satisfied. “I liked it better when I was feared and hated,” she grumbles, while her peers gather around her, begging for autographs. But there’s no time for admiration, or personal space. Within minutes of the first episode, we’re introduced to a fresh villain, the Kansas City Scalper. Noise: Lee Sun Bin and Kim Min Seok Face Horror in This Mystery Movie

Noise: Lee Sun Bin and Kim Min Seok Face Horror in This Mystery Movie

Info in Movie News | Get ready for a psychological horror experience that blends mystery, family drama, and creeping dread. The upcoming movie Noise puts the spotlight on the unsettling things that happen when you move into a place that’s not quite what it seems. Starring Lee Sun Bin, Kim Min Seok, and Han Soo Ah, this new thriller dives deep into emotional tension, haunted spaces, and the desperation of searching for someone you love.

According to Soompi, Noise follows the story of Joo Young (played by Lee Sun Bin), who moves into a new apartment with her younger sister, Joo Hee (Han Soo Ah). At first, everything seemed to be okay but then it was quickly revealed that Joo Hee has gone missing in a very mysterious way. Joo Young, with no leads at all, decides to join forces with Joo Hee’s boyfriend, Ki Hoon (Kim Min Seok), and they both go on a mission to find her. However, their search is nowhere near to what they expected, as they hear disturbing noises echoing in the corridors and even the apartment seems to be a place full of dark secrets.

Lee Sun Bin is the main actor portraying Joo Young, a role that requires an intensely emotional yet realistically portrayed performance. She is mostly known by her fans as a dramas actress, however, this time she takes over a quite dark role. Visuals of her work situation suggest her being in a constant fright and rush, constantly glancing in dark corners, with her hands trembling as she is getting more and more clues. Not only is Joo Young searching for her sister, she is attempting to cope with a place where the truth seems to be getting distorted and twisted.

Kim Min Seok plays the role of Ki Hoon, who is the boyfriend of Joo Hee and thus he supports Joo Young in her search for the truth. In newly released stills, Ki Hoon is seen handing out missing person flyers and creeping through dimly lit basements. As the movie progresses, Ki Hoon becomes more than just a helper, he’s dragged deeper into the mystery, facing moments that test his resolve and sanity.

Han Soo Ah, in her first horror-thriller movie, is the missing sister, Joo Hee. Early scenes reveal that she is slowly going mad as nobody else hears the noises she is talking about, she gets more and more nervous, and at last, she falls apart and cannot cope with the situation. The change of her from a good-natured, happy young woman to a person, who is only disturbed by sound, is impressive and her big, crazy eyes make us believe that the nightmare is more in her mind than real.

The thing that makes Noise different from other movies is that it is all about the sound and not about ghosts or blood. The suspense grows out of the creaks, whispers, and quietness. A noise can be a hint, a danger, or both. The movie's focus on sound as the entity that gives life to the plot is very charming and ain't quite so scary fans of slow-burning horror movies are going to love it.

Noise is scheduled to be released in cinemas on June 25, 2025. If you are a fan of horror movies that haunt your mind after watching, this will be perfect for you.
