Info in Movie News | Wednesday Addams is back at Nevermore Academy, and no, she’s not thrilled about it. With new enemies lurking, a stalker sending cryptic threats, and her name now plastered all over campus like some reluctant rockstar, Wednesday’s sophomore year is shaping up to be even stranger than the last. According to The Guardian, Season 2 opens with a flash of chaos. After saving Nevermore from the undead pilgrim Joseph Crackstone in Season 1, Wednesday has earned a cult-like following among her peers. However, the goth queen of gloom is rather unimpressed. However, the goth queen of gloom is not satisfied. “I liked it better when I was feared and hated,” she grumbles, while her peers gather around her, begging for autographs. But there’s no time for admiration, or personal space. Within minutes of the first episode, we’re introduced to a fresh villain, the Kansas City Scalper. Ryan Gosling Set to Star in Shawn Levy’s Standalone Star Wars Movie

Info in Movie News | Shawn Levy, famous for his work on the Deadpool & Wolverine and Stranger Things franchises, has just been confirmed to pile into Star Wars. The title of the project is, as of yet, a closely guarded secret, but once words spread across the net of Ryan Gosling’s possible engagement, the anticipation and excitement among fans reached the sky. The way Levy mixes action, emotions, and fun in his productions has caused the excitement to build up as the whole galaxy will benefit from this new chapter.

According to Collider, screenwriter Jonathan Tropper revealed that although he can’t share too many details, development is well underway. “It’s our fourth project together, the first since The Adam Project,” Tropper said in a recent interview. He added that the film might arrive sooner than fans expect, hinting at a quicker production timeline than most Star Wars entries.

Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has shed a bit more light on the film’s setting. She confirmed that the story will take place roughly five to six years after the events of The Rise of Skywalker, making it one of the first major projects to fully explore the post-sequel era. Unlike interconnected shows like The Mandalorian, Levy’s film will be a self-contained narrative, giving it space to introduce entirely new elements.

While most of the cast will consist of new characters, Kennedy mentioned that some familiar faces might make appearances.  This allows for smooth continuity of the timeline in the upcoming movies without taking too much advantage of the old characters. Nevertheless, the main idea will be centered around the creation of something original which is consistent with Levy’s talents as a filmmaker.

If Levy is indeed the director, Tropper is the screenwriter, and the film is number one on the list of Gosling’s potential future projects, this Star Wars feature would be a real highlight in the franchise without a doubt. No exact release date was confirmed by the crew, but provided that the development doesn't suffer any setbacks the audience might receive a nice Christmas gift.
