A Shop for Killers Season 2 Confirmed, Premieres on Disney+ in 2026
 

Info in Movie news | The action thriller show A Shop for Killers is back, as it was announced to be officially returning for a second time to Disney+ and to kick off in 2026. After making a huge impact worldwide, the thrilling tale of Jung Ji An and her killer companions will be with more intense action and deeper storytelling.

According to Soompi and Allkpop, Disney+ confirmed the production of Season 2 on April 21. The series is based on a novel by Kang Ji Young (The Killer’s Shopping List) and centers on Jung Ji An (played by Kim Hye Joon), who lives with her uncle Jin Man (Lee Dong Wook) after losing her parents. After her uncle’s sudden death, Ji An is forced to inherit “Murder Help,” a secret organization tied closely to the international underworld of assassins.

The returning duo, Kim Hye Joon, and Lee Dong Wook are respectively playing the roles of Ji An, a brave and complicated character and Jin Man, an enigmatic ex-mercenary who will show more of his importance in the show's unsolved conflicts. Their harmony has not only been the gem of Season 1 but also a major factor for the audience's full support of the next season.

Many other essential roles will come back, including Jo Han Sun, as Bale who is the main villain from the Babylon organization; Geum Hae Na, the actress who will again breathe life into Min Hye, a role fighting fiercely; Lee Tae Young, Brother, the manager who is full of trust; and Kim Min, Pasin, the Muay Thai expert, and Jin Man´s colleague who is in charge of protecting Ji An.

Additionally, some new characters from Japan will be presented in Season 2. Hyun Ri will star as Q, the captain of the mercenary unit based in the East Asia region of Babylon. Masaki Okada will make his debut as J, Q´s younger brother, and the other captain at the same time. Jung Yun Ha will act as Kusanagi, who is the manager of the East Asia branch of Babylon.

With an expanded international cast and a larger-scale conflict, A Shop for Killers Season 2 promises even wilder action and a richer story. Ready to dive back into the world of the killer’s shop?
