After saving Nevermore from the undead pilgrim Joseph Crackstone in Season 1, Wednesday has earned a cult-like following among her peers. However, the goth queen of gloom is rather unimpressed. However, the goth queen of gloom is not satisfied. “I liked it better when I was feared and hated,” she grumbles, while her peers gather around her, begging for autographs. But there’s no time for admiration, or personal space. Within minutes of the first episode, we’re introduced to a fresh villain, the Kansas City Scalper. He’s a doll-collecting, serial-killing dog groomer in a velour tracksuit played with greasy ...

Robert Pattinson Confirms Filming The Batman: Part II Set to Begin in 2025

Robert Pattinson Confirms Filming for 'The Batman: Part II' Set to Begin in 2025

Info in Movie News | The new Batman: Part II is planned to start filming by the end of 2025, as recently confirmed by Robert Pattinson. The British actor revealed the information on Thursday, February 13 when promoting his latest film, Mickey 17, in London.

According to Variety, Pattinson maintained a sense of intrigue surrounding the sequel, offering little insight into his new project. “I know how the overall arc of the movie is, but I can’t tell any one. It's very cool — all I can say is it's exciting,” Pattinson said.

Batman fans can cling to Pattinson's disclosure as a new ray of hope, particularly since director Matt Reeves suggested that shooting for The Batman: Part II could hopefully start in 2025, when he spoke about the 2024 film back in July.

The Batman Part II, for which the film will enter production, is expected to take over a year to produce and will be expected in cinemas by October 2027, after confirmed delay from 2026.

Colin Farrell will also reprise his role of the notorious Penguin in The Batman Part II, as confirmed by Matt Reeves. While the details of the sequel have yet to be revealed, it is believed that Penguin will be one of the lead villains.

Penguin becomes even more relevant after the death of Carmine Falcone in The Batman (2022). We'll get more of the villain's journey in the upcoming Penguin series, due in September 2024.

Actor Barry Keoghan has also teased news of returning as the Joker in the sequel, The Batman (2022). Keoghan's Joker was first seen in a deleted scene for The Batman that hit cinemas on March 4, 2022. However, Warner Bros. The official version of this scene was released on social media on March 24 of this year.

In the gripping five-minute clip, Robert Pattinson’s Batman visits Arkham Asylum to see Joker, clad in his Arkham inmate gear, to ask him about Riddler (Paul Dano).

"Well, that's it! I can't say much more. I feel the camera's gaze wandering to me. We just got to wait and see,” Barry Keoghan told Variety during an interview on Saturday Sept 7, 2024.

Matt Reeves will again serve behind the camera for The Batman Part II, and Robert Pattinson will reprise his role in that film. Details of the rest of the cast have not yet been published.

The Batman was a box office success in 2022, earning US$772 million globally. The film follows Bruce Wayne, played by Robert Pattinson, in his second foray as Gotham City’s more famous detective and the Dark Knight.

We watch young Batman (Robert Pattinson) unravel the layers of corruption in Gotham City while tracking a serial killer known as Riddler (Paul Dano).

Let’s say The Batman ended with Gotham having a power vacuum, which will allow Penguin (being played by Colin Farrell) to move in as the new mafia Godfather of Gotham City.
